1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping services to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not support international shipping outside the United States at this stage.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak sales periods, processing time may be extended by 1-2 business days, and we will notify you in advance via email.
3. Shipping Methods, Time & Fees
We cooperate with professional cross-border logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

- The estimated delivery time does not include order processing time, and may be affected by customs inspection, weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays.
- All orders include customs clearance fees, and you do not need to pay any additional tariffs or customs fees upon delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can also check the order status in your account on our website.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date. We will assist you in contacting the carrier to investigate the issue.
- If the delivery address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in failed delivery or returned package, you will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs and re-delivery fees.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier's mishandling, but we will fully assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue.
